Finland-based healthtech company Oura has launched its latest smart wearable ring, the Oura Ring 4, with multiple health tracking features.
The smart ring comes equipped with “Smart Sensing” technology which is claimed to deliver more accurate health and activity readings.

“Oura Ring is designed to be a personal health companion, giving our members a holistic view of their health by pairing personal data with meaningful, actionable insights to facilitate long-term changes,” said Tom Hale, Oura CEO.
“The next-generation Oura Ring 4, reimagined Oura App, and the development of the Smart Sensing platform represent significant steps forward for wearables across accuracy, comfort, personalization, and design,” he added.
Oura Ring 4 price
The Oura Ring 4 is priced at $349 (approximately Rs 29,000) and is available in 12 different finger sizes ranging from 4 to 12.
The smart ring comes in six colour options – Black, Brushed Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, and Stealth.
According to the company, the smart ring is now available for pre-order via select channels in the US, the UK, and certain European countries. It will officially go on sale starting from October 15.

The Oura Ring 4 is made of lightweight, hypoallergenic titanium and is water-resistant up to 100 metres. It has sensors to monitor blood oxygen levels and heart health while you sleep.
“Over the past 18 months, Oura has expanded into new categories, including Stress & Resilience, Women’s Health, and Heart Health, and recently announced plans to move into metabolic health,” the company said.

According to the company, the ring can last up to eight days on a single charge and takes about 120 minutes to fully charge. It comes with a size-specific charger and a USB Type-C cable and supports Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity.
The updated Oura App provides detailed stress, activity, and reproductive health readings, and is available on both iOS and Android platforms.
