Apple is planning to host its major product launch event on September 10, during which the company will unveil the latest iPhones, smartwatches, and AirPods, according to a report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.

The upcoming lineup is expected to feature the iPhone 16, with larger screens on the Pro models and a new dedicated button for taking pictures. Additionally, these phones are expected to support Apple Intelligence, which is the company’s suite of AI features announced earlier this year.

The upcoming event may feature announcements about the Apple Watch Series 10. This new model is expected to be thinner than previous versions and will have a larger screen. Additionally, there may be announcements about new AirPods, some of which will come with noise cancellation.

According to Gurman, Apple is also planning to update its Macs with the M4 processors, but these new Mac models are not likely to be announced until later in the fall.

Meanwhile, a report by Moneycontrol, citing sources, said that Apple will manufacture the Pro and Pro Max iPhone 16 models in India for the first time through its long-standing partner Foxconn.

Foxconn’s factory in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, will soon begin the ‘new product introduction’ (NPI) process for iPhone 16 pro models and will enter mass production once the phone is released, the report mentioned.
