US-based tech-enabled healthcare company Rezilient Heath has announced that it raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by venture capital (VC) firm Govo Venture Partners.

The funding round also saw participation from Bridge Ventures, Acorn Pacific Ventures, The Council, Jim McKelvey (co-founder of Block, formerly Square), Mark and Robyn Jones (founders of Goosehead Insurance), Jeremy Friese (founder of Verata Health), and David Karandish (founder of Answers.com).

The company plans to utilise the new funding to expand access to concierge healthcare for people of all economic backgrounds and broaden its range of services.

“This capital is not only a testament to our team’s commitment to our customers, partners, and the families we continue to serve,” Dr. Danish Nagda, Rezilient’s CEO and Co-Founder, said in a statement.

“It also sets the foundation for rapidly growing our impact across more communities that are suffocating under the weight of the traditional US healthcare industry,” he added.

Rezilient Health is being recognized as a trailblazer in the hybrid healthcare space for its CloudClinic model and same-day access to primary and speciality care.

By connecting remote primary and speciality care physicians to CloudClinics, the company is able to provide faster diagnoses and more timely treatment. This approach also creates a more effective commercial model that enables physicians to deliver better care.

“Our Series A investment in Rezilient is the direct result of the company and its leadership exceeding all the goals expected at this stage,” said Rob Panepinto, managing partner of Govo Venture Partners.

Rezilient members can access primary care, urgent care, speciality care, labs, and imaging, all in one place, the company mentioned.
